Eisenhauer Hefe-Weizen
This was our attempt at returning to our beer roots. Our long, distant, German beer roots. Hefe-weizen is a traditional German unfiltered wheat beer characterized by its cloudy appearance and a very flavorful yeast. This yeast carries a unique, fruity flavor. Eisenhauer was a big hit with the family, less so with the friends. Nevertheless, it might make a return for the summer, as it is a light and flavorful beer perfect for nights on the deck when the sky is much clearer that what is in your stein.
